Brief Biography of Colin Rainsforth, Freelance Web Designer

I have worked as a Graphic Designer since 1987, initially in print, and have 8 years commercial experience in the design and implementation of internet and CDROM based projects.

I have a First in Graphic Design BA (Hons) specialising in Multimedia, and have been self employed for the past four years.

During this time I have successfully managed the design and production of a number of web sites for a range of clients from initial concept to finished product.

Over the past four years I have been actively involved in establishing a large network of web developers from which I am able to assemble 'hand-picked' teams of highly qualified programmers and database specialists with whom I collaborate to provide robust internet/intranet solutions.

Software experience includes: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Pagemaker and Premiere; Macromedia Freehand, Extreme 3D, Flash, Shockwave, Director (+ Lingo); Quark Xpress; Avid Media100, Avid VideoShop.
